Ethyca uses the following endpoints in Waitwhile to retrieve and delete Personally Identifiable Information (PII) when a user submits a data subject request. See below for a summary of what Ethyca does with each endpoint:

Because Waitwhile is a suite of queue-eliminating products, it stores PII about your customers. Keep this in mind when you are setting the DSR Customization as it will impact what is returned in your subject’s DSR package.

To connect your instance of Waitwhile to Ethyca, you will need to enter your API Key. To create your API Key, follow the steps below:
- Log in to Waitwhile at v2.waitwhile.com/login.
- Click your account avatar. Select "Account settings" from the menu.
- Select "Integrations" from the navigation.
- Click the "Generate API key" button.
- Your API Key will appear above the button. Copy and paste this into Ethyca.
When you've finished adding your connection details, you can move on to the next two tabs to configure your DSR Customization settings and complete your Data Mapping.
