Implementation Summary

Ethyca uses the following endpoints in Tripleseat to retrieve and delete Personally Identifiable Information (PII) when a user submits a data subject request. See below for a summary of what Ethyca does with each endpoint:

Because Tripleseat is a catering and event management platform, it stores PII about your customers. Keep this in mind when you are setting the DSR Customization as it will impact what is returned in your subject's DSR package.

Connection Settings

To connect your instance of Tripleseat to Ethyca, you will need to enter your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret. To locate your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret, follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to Tripleseat at login.tripleseat.com.

2. Select "Settings" from the left navigation

3. Scroll down to the Resources section and click "Tripleseat API / Webhooks".

4. Scroll down to the section labeled Tripleseat API OAuth 1.0 keys. This is where you will find your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret. Paste these values into Ethyca.

When you've finished adding your connection details, you can move on to the next two tabs to configure your DSR Customization settings and complete your Data Mapping.
