Ethyca uses the following endpoints in SevenRooms to retrieve and delete Personally Identifiable Information (PII) when a user submits a data subject request. See below for a summary of what Ethyca does with each endpoint:
Because SevenRooms is a guest experience platform, it stores PII about your customers. Keep this in mind when you are setting the DSR Customization as it will impact what is returned in your subject's DSR package.

To connect your instance of SevenRooms to Ethyca, you will need your Client ID, Client Secret, and Venue ID. Please contact your SevenRooms Account Manager to obtain this information.
If there are multiple venues that you manage (and therefore multiple Venue IDs), you will need to create multiple SevenRooms Integrations within the Control Panel to represent each venue.
