Through Ethyca's Atlas, you can share diagnostic logs to Ethyca, so our team can help support troubleshooting your configuration in a secure way.
For a step-by-step breakdown, see below:
- Click on the workspace user next to "Log out"
- Enter the hours of logs to send to Ethyca (i.e. 3, 12, 24)
- Press: Send Diagnostic logs to Ethyca
- Once complete, you'll see the pop up: Logs have been sent successfully!
