Implementation Summary

Ethyca uses the following endpoint in Sailthru to retrieve and delete Personally Identifiable Information (PII) when a user submits a data subject request. See below for a summary of what Ethyca does with each endpoint:

Because Sailthru is an integrated marketing solution, it stores PII about your customers. Keep this in mind when you are setting the DSR Customization as it will impact what is returned in your subject's DSR package.

Connection Settings

To connect your instance of Sailthru to Ethyca, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Sailthru at my.sailthru.com.

2. Hover over "settings" in the top navigation. Hover over "setup" in the dropdown menu. Another menu will appear next to the settings menu. Select "API & Postbacks" from this menu.

3. Click the padlock icon next to "API Key and Secret" to reveal your API Key and Secret.

4. Your API Key and Secret will appear. Paste these values into Ethyca.
