Implementation Summary

Ethyca uses the following endpoint in Rollbar to retrieve and erase Personally Identifiable Information (PII) when a user submits a data subject request. See below for a summary of what Ethyca does with each endpoint:

Because Rollbar is an error monitoring tool, it stores PII about your customers. Keep this in mind when you are setting the DSR Customization as it will impact what is returned in your subject's DSR package.

Connection Settings

To locate your Read Access Token and Write Access Token and connect for your instance of Rollbar to Ethyca, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Rollbar rollbar.com/login.

2. Click your user avatar in the bottom left navigation bar and select "Manage Account Settings".

3. Select "Account Access Tokens" from the left menu.

4. Copy your read and write access tokens into Ethyca.
