Implementation Summary

Ethyca uses the following endpoints in Mopinion to retrieve and delete Personally Identifiable Information (PII) when a user submits a data subject request. See below for a summary of what Ethyca does with each endpoint:

Connection Settings

To connect for your instance of Mopinion to Ethyca, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to Mopinion at https://app.mopinion.com/

  1. Navigate to the Integrations > Feedback API and follow Mopinion's instructions on how to create API credentials.

  1. Once they have been created. Copy the Public key from Mopinion and paste that in the publickey field in the Ethyca Control Panel. Copy the Token from Mopinion and paste that into the signaturekey field in the Ethyca Control Panel.

Additional Information

There is another Mopinion endpoint that may contain PII, the "Feedback from a dataset" endpoint. Mopinion's Support team has informed us that the PII that populates this endpoint is data that has been uploaded manually by their clients and is not accessible via the API.
