Implementation Summary

Ethyca uses the following endpoints in Mandrill to retrieve and delete Personally Identifiable Information (PII) when a user submits a data subject request. See below for a summary of what Ethyca does with each endpoint:

Because Mandrill is an email system notification tool, it stores PII about your customers. If this aligns with your use of Mandrill, please proceed to the next section to begin setting up your integration in the Control Panel.

Connection Settings

To connect your instance of Mandrill to Ethyca, you will need to enter your Host and API Key. To find your Host and API Key, follow the steps below:

Enter mandrillapp.com into the Host field in Ethyca.
Log in to Mandrill at mandrillapp.com.
Click "settings" in the left navigation.

Click the "New API Key" button.

Give your API Key a descriptive name, such as Ethyca Privacy Management.

You API Key will appear in the table at the bottom of the page. Copy and paste your API Key into Ethyca.

When you've finished adding your connection details, you can move on to the next two tabs to configure your DSR Customization settings and complete your Data Mapping.
