Implementation Summary
Ethyca uses the following endpoints in Lob to retrieve and delete Personally Identifiable Information (PII) when a user submits a data subject request. See below for a summary of what Ethyca does with each endpoint:

Because Lob is a direct mail automation platform, it stores PII about your customers. Keep this in mind when you are setting the DSR Customization as it will impact what is returned in your subject's DSR package.

Connection Settings
To create the API key to connect your instance of Lob to Ethyca, follow the steps below:
1. Log in at dashboard.lob.com
2. From the dashboard, select your organization name in the top right corner, and press "Settings"
3. Press "API Keys" in the modal menu and scroll down to the section labeled "Secret API Keys." Copy and paste your API Key into Ethyca.
