Intercom
Implementation Summary
Ethyca uses the following endpoints in Intercom to retrieve and delete Personally Identifiable Information (PII) when a user submits a data subject request. See below for a summary of what Ethyca does with each endpoint:

Because Intercom is a customer support and communication platform, it stores PII about your customers. Keep this in mind when you are setting the DSR Customization as it will impact what is returned in your subject's DSR package.

Connection Settings
To connect for your instance of Intercom to Ethyca, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to developers.intercom.com, and log in with your administrator credentials.
- Once authenticated, click the "New App" button.

3. Give your app a descriptive name, such as "Ethyca Privacy Management". Select your workspace from the dropdown and select "Internal Integration". Press "Create app".

4. Your API Access Token can be found in the body of the page
