Implementation Summary

Ethyca uses the following endpoints in Hype to retrieve and delete Personally Identifiable Information (PII) when a user submits a data subject request. See below for a summary of what Ethyca does with each endpoint:

Because Hype is an idea and innovation management software, it stores PII about your users. Keep this in mind when you are setting the DSR Customization as it will impact what is returned in your subject’s DSR package.

Connection Settings

To connect your instance of Hype to Ethyca, you will need your Username and Password. Enter these values into the Connection Settings section in the Ethyca Control Panel.

In order for Hype to connect to Ethyca, your account will need the "Anonymize User" privilege. Please contact your Hype Account Manager to set this up.
