Hotjar does not provide any integrations to support data privacy compliance from 3rd party tools.

To accommodate any customer data download or deletion requests, please follow the steps below. Then send an email to your Hotjar account manager requesting an API for integrated subject access and deletion by email address lookup.

Step 1: In the Settings menu, click Visitor Lookup.

Step 2: Select the Organization to search in the drop-down menu.

Step 3: Enter the email of the visitor you'd like to look up.

From here you should be able to download the log as a CSV.
