Implementation Summary

Ethyca uses the following endpoints in Hibob to retrieve and delete Personally Identifiable Information (PII) when a user submits a data subject request. See below for a summary of what Ethyca does with each endpoint:

Because Hibob is a HRIS and people management platform, it stores PII about your current employees and past applicants. Keep this in mind when you are setting the DSR Customization as it will impact what is returned in your subject's DSR package.

Connection Settings

To create an API Key and connect your instance of Hibob to Ethyca, follow the steps below:

Log in to Hibob at app.hibob.com/login/
Click the the circular icon for your account in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Select API access from the drop down menu

Select the following Approved Scopes.

Press Save.
Click the "Copy Token" button and paste this value into the Ethyca Control Panel.
