Consent Management for State Privacy Requirements
Recent state legislation has created new privacy requirements businesses. Businesses must collect and store consent around data sharing and the processing of sensitive personal information according to the CPRA in California, VCDPA in Virginia, and CPA in Colorado; additionally the California Consumer Privacy Act grants users — among other rights — the right to opt-out of personal data sales.
For more information about preparing your business for state privacy changes, see Ethyca's State Privacy Hub.
Ethyca enables your team to comprehensively implement users' consent preferences across data flows, and these guides explain how.
