Implementation Summary

Ethyca uses the following endpoints in Bevy to retrieve and delete Personally Identifiable Information (PII) when a user submits a data subject request. See below for a summary of what Ethyca does with each endpoint:

Because Bevy is a virtual conference and events platform, it stores PII about your users. Keep this in mind when you are setting the DSR Customization as it will impact what is returned in your subject’s DSR package.

If this aligns with your use of Bevy, please proceed to the next section to begin setting up your integration in the Control Panel.

Connection Settings

To connect your instance of Bevy to Ethyca, you will need an API Key entered into the "Access Token" field of the Ethyca Control Panel. To find your API Key:

1. Log in to your Bevy instance
   2.Navigate to your profile
2. Click API Key. You can use this URL (update example with the name of your Bevy instance) http://bevy.example.com/accounts/profile#api_key

When you have finished adding your Connection Details, move on to the next two tabs to configure your DSR Customization settings and complete your Data Mapping.
